TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • “SRS Honour Card” (hereafter ‘card’ or ‘Hcard’)is issued by SRS Distributors (hereafter ‘we’ or ‘SRS’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) by its policy and discretion. Hence, any claim which is either voluntary or involuntary is invalid.
  • Hcard is issued to the customers with no explicit or implicit warranty.
  • As Hcard is meant for rebate or discount purpose, no entity can enforce it’s state of affairs either legal or illegal.
  • We have the explicit and exclusive authority to cancel, recall or give up the card at any time without prior notice or public addressal.
  • Hcard is not transferrable or does not has a surrender policy unless redeemable to purchase.
  • Hcard has restricted redeem amounts as mentioned in the cards. The redeem cycle is detailed under ‘clause i’ & ‘clause ii’.
  • Hcard holders are not allowed to manipulate, corrupt or tamper the cards since it impacts to cancellation of card without any acknowledgement.
  • The card holders must carry in the card for successful redeem process and the card holders cannot use the card number for any kind of transaction without a physical card. However, a digital copy of Hcard is not acceptable at any cost.
  • We do not re-issue the same card or a new card against any loss or damage of the existing card.
  • We do not entertain any kind of compensation for tampered, manipulated and lost cards.
  • We have issued only two different cards, 1K or 1000 and 2K or 2000. Any other cards rather than these two are not eligible for any kind of transactions or redeem process.

Clause I

  • 1K card or 1000 card (hereafter ‘card’ or ‘1K’) has a maximum redeem limit of INR 1000.
  • 1K card is eligible for 10 transactions.
  • Discount is applicable for purchases not less than INR 3000.
  • Maximum redeemable amount per transaction is limited to INR 100.
  • Maximum daily redeem transaction is limited to single.
  • The card is valid up to the month of the year as described in the card.
  • No claims entertained if a customer cannot redeem the net amount as in the card within the validity tenure.
  • The card will cancel automatically until the expiration of validity described.
  • The card is valid until the last day of the month mentioned.

  • Maximum redeemable amount per transaction is limited to INR 200.
  • Maximum daily redeem transaction is limited to single.
  • The card is valid up to the month of the year as described in the card.
  • No claims entertained if a customer cannot redeem the net amount as in the card within the validity tenure.
  • The card will cancel automatically until the expiration of validity described.
  • The card is valid until the last day of the month mentioned.
